The Shear Delight of LeRoy Sikorski

LeRoy Sikorski, now 62, sheared his first sheep when he was 16 on the family farm in northern Minnesota. It was an ordeal he’d like to forget. Having sheared easily more than 120,000 sheep in his lifetime, Sikorski said he keeps getting better. But a lot of sheep growers, especially in the Bitterroot, depend on him, and he realizes he’s got to retire sometime.
